I originally wanted to make the mayor be the villain in Fairvale. I based him, at least namewise, off of someone that was in some of my classes in middle and high school. He was a bit of a jerk in real life, so I wanted to make him the villain. After some consideration, I realized that the real Logan was a jerk, but not evil enough to be the real villain, so I made the character be the lackey.
