Carols of Christmas: A Dickensian Tale, Part 3: "Musical introductions"

For the musical intros, I tried to pick songs that relate first to the chapters they introduce, and second to the whole story as it relates to A Christmas Carol and its themes other than Christmas: Family, love, loss, renewal and redemption, etc. However, the sections of lyrics don’t always match the way I ended up writing the story quite as well as I like, but the songs still are intended to foreshadow the coming chapter.
